I easily made an appointment and was able to get service for the same day. The technician (Tyler) showed up when they said he would. He was very helpful, informative, and professional. Somehow, he was able to get the system running again. He advised me as to the probable reason that the system had stopped working and informed me of some corrective actions so as to avoid the same issue in the future. I found him to be very courteous. When it came time to pay, I found the bill to be very reasonable for the service. I am very grateful that I called Arctic Air and will be using them again when I have any issues.
I found this company on the internet. The owner himself came out to my house and gave me an estimate on a mini split unit for my sun porch. And told me what unit would be best for my sun porch. It was a very good price, and I agreed to have it installed. Within 2 days after that, they were here to install the unit. The installing crew was very professional. And they've done a very fantastic job in installing my unit. I highly recommend ARCTIC AIR CONDITIONING.
