Coastal systems live a hard life — salt air, pollen, and months of nonstop runtime.
Coastal systems live a hard life — salt air, pollen, and months of nonstop runtime. A yearly tune-up catches the small stuff while it’s still small. Our 21-point inspection covers electrical components, refrigerant levels, temperature difference, and overall condition, plus a coil rinse and drain line cleaning.
Electrical, refrigerant, temperature split, and overall condition — checked and documented.
Indoor and outdoor coils rinsed, drain lines cleared so summer condensation doesn’t flood a ceiling.

A weak capacitor found in April is a cheap part — found in July, it’s a dead system on the hottest day.

My initial phone call for repair was followed up immediately with a phone call to set up an appointment for the afternoon of the same day since repairmen were already working in the area. Daniel and Tyler arrived on time, and were very polite and helpful. I thought the cost was a very good price for the quality of service. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
I found this company on the internet. The owner himself came out to my house and gave me an estimate on a mini split unit for my sun porch. And told me what unit would be best for my sun porch. It was a very good price, and I agreed to have it installed. Within 2 days after that, they were here to install the unit. The installing crew was very professional. And they've done a very fantastic job in installing my unit. I highly recommend ARCTIC AIR CONDITIONING.

I recently had an issue with my HVAC blower motor not turning on. After testing it some more on my end, I realized that I was not going to get it started and needed to get it serviced by a professional. I easily made an appointment and was able to get service for the same day. The technician (Tyler) showed up when they said he would. He was very helpful, informative, and professional. Somehow, he was able to get the system running again. He advised me as to the probable reason that the system had stopped working and informed me of some corrective actions so as to avoid the same issue in the future. I found him to be very courteous. When it came time to pay, I found the bill to be very reasonable for the service. I am very grateful that I called Arctic Air and will be using them again when I have any issues.
A $129 visit that prevents even one summer breakdown pays for itself several times over — before counting the lower power bills a clean system delivers. That’s the whole idea behind our Polar Bear Maintenance Plans.
We run maintenance routes across Conway, Carolina Forest, Myrtle Beach, and the rest of Horry County, so a tune-up is easy to schedule around your week. Ask about plan pricing when you call.
Twice a year is ideal on the coast — once before cooling season, once before heating season. Our Silver and Platinum plans include both visits.
Electrical components, refrigerant levels, temperature difference, and the overall condition of the system — plus coil rinse, drain line cleaning, a drain tablet, and a visual ductwork inspection.
A one-time visit is $129. The Silver plan is $189 a year for two visits, and Platinum adds a full deep cleaning.
Yes — new systems need clean coils and correct charge just as much, and skipping documented maintenance can put warranty claims at risk.
Silver and Platinum members get 10% off repairs, and Platinum adds discounts on duct cleaning and whole-home air cleaner kits.
