I recently had an issue with my HVAC blower motor not turning on. After testing it some more on my end, I realized that I was not going to get it started and needed to get it serviced by a professional. I easily made an appointment and was able to get service for the same day. The technician (Tyler) showed up when they said he would. He was very helpful, informative, and professional. Somehow, he was able to get the system running again. He advised me as to the probable reason that the system had stopped working and informed me of some corrective actions so as to avoid the same issue in the future. I found him to be very courteous. When it came time to pay, I found the bill to be very reasonable for the service. I am very grateful that I called Arctic Air and will be using them again when I have any issues.

I found this company on the internet. The owner himself came out to my house and gave me an estimate on a mini split unit for my sun porch. And told me what unit would be best for my sun porch. It was a very good price, and I agreed to have it installed. Within 2 days after that, they were here to install the unit. The installing crew was very professional. My initial phone call for repair was followed up immediately with a phone call to set up an appointment for the afternoon of the same day since repairmen were already working in the area. Daniel and Tyler arrived on time, and were very polite and helpful. I thought the cost was a very good price for the quality of service. It was a pleasure to do business with them.

I was looking for someone local to help me replace my 22000 BTU Copeland compressor in my boats Salon AC split system. Tyler came out to review my project. He set up another appointment to complete the exchange and evacuation and re charge of the unit . His attentiveness and ethics I appreciate. I am very pleased with his service.

Tyler at Artic Air inspected the HVAC systems at a home we are purchasing. He was thorough and took the time meticulously go through each system. He took the time to explain everything he found and even emailed me a detailed report with pictures. I can’t say enough good things about Artic Air. We have definitely found our new HVAC people.
