Help With Heating Repair
Heat not working? Tell us what kind of system you have, any odd sounds or smells, and what changed. We repair heat pumps, gas furnaces and oil furnaces.
Weekend emergencies
Call to confirm current appointment availability.
Repair information
Ask for the diagnosis, scope and charge.
Which heat stopped
A heat pump, a gas furnace and an oil furnace are different jobs, and we service all three. Tell us if it starts, which rooms are cold and what the thermostat shows.
Fix it or replace it
Ask for the problem and the repair to be explained before work starts. If you want a new system priced too, ask for a separate free estimate.
What affects the cost?
The type of equipment, the failed part and parts availability all matter. Ask what the visit costs and whether the fix needs a second quote.

I found this company on the internet. The owner himself came out to my house and gave me an estimate on a mini split unit for my sun porch. And told me what unit would be best for my sun porch. It was a very good price, and I agreed to have it installed. Within 2 days after that, they were here to install the unit. The installing crew was very professional. And they've done a very fantastic job in installing my unit. I highly recommend ARCTIC AIR CONDITIONING. GEORGE WOODBERRY 12/18/25
My initial phone call for repair was followed up immediately with a phone call to set up an appointment for the afternoon of the same day since repairmen were already working in the area. Daniel and Tyler arrived on time, and were very polite and helpful. I thought the cost was a very good price for the quality of service. It was a pleasure to do business with them.
I was looking for someone local to help me replace my 22000 BTU Copeland compressor in my boats Salon AC split system. Tyler came out to review my project. He set up another appointment to complete the exchange and evacuation and re charge of the unit . His attentiveness and ethics I appreciate. I am very pleased with his service.
